A large home for those who truly want to live on the barren planet, the mech relays messages with public satellites, gaining knowledge to where space debris will land, and slowly crawls out of harms way. Long, sturdy legs enable it to traverse immense craters and treacherous trenches with ease. Despite its colossal size, it's designed to only house up to four occupants. An outdated and largely obsolete model, it is often salvaged from despite its condition. Some are outfitted with weaponry, others are modified to have a more luxurious feel. They are seldom seen in factory condition. Complete with a personality core, it offers its taxi/home services in exchange for maintenance. Few are even seen scouring the barren wasteland, searching for a caretaker or else weather to husks of obsolete parts. ... I really like this picture, it tells a great story.
I can come up with ten different ways to take this think out..but they involved , heavy artillery, orbital bombardment, or nuclear devices.
In my head i always tend to play around with an image I see...one that is definitely going to pester me for a while is taking the upper body and turning it around so the two half cylinders are facing forward....thanks for giving me something to work over in my head
Absolutely, it just dawned on me! I was looking at the thing and thought damn it's cool, like, you know, über cool, but I couldn't tell why. And there was that thing at the back of my mind, knocking on the door. MEGAREPLICATOR. It's like humans having mixed Terran and bug technologies. Oh boy, the Asgards would frown upon that.
